Nacka HI was one of three clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Malmo Open 2018. They participated with one team in Open Class.
In addition to Nacka HI, 4 other teams from 3 different countries played in Open Class. Nacka HI made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Stiri CB, which they won with 1-0. Thereby Nacka HI won the entire Playoff A in Open Class during Malmo Open 2018.
