Henstedt-Ulzburg was one of 36 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Lundaspelen 2009. They participated with one team in Girls 15.

In addition to Henstedt-Ulzburg, 19 other teams from 7 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Henstedt-Ulzburg could be found in Group 2 together with Lokomotiva Zagreb, FIF, Dalhems IF and Team Baden.

Henstedt-Ulzburg continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Grotta with 13-16. In the Final, Brabant won over Grotta and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 15.

Henstedt-Ulzburg also participated in Girls 14 during Lundaspelen 2008. They reached the in G14 Playoff A, but lost it against VSH 2002 1 with 12-28.

Henstedt-Ulzburg comes from Henstedt-Ulzburg which lies approximately 290 km from Lund, where Lundaspelen takes place. The area around Henstedt-Ulzburg does also provide fem additional clubs participating during Lundaspelen 2009 (HSV Hamburg, Team Hamburg, TSV Ellerbek, TuS Esingen and Barmstedter MTV).
