In addition to Cluvenhagen/Langw., 22 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Cluvenhagen/Langw. could be found in Group 3 together with Ljunghusens HK, Eslövs HF 2, LUGI 2, Universal SA and Sävehof.

Cluvenhagen/Langw. continued to Playoff B after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg with 7-21. In the Final, Sävehof won over OV Helsingborg and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 13.
