Eslövs IK was one of 50 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Lundaspelen 2010. They participated with 7 teams in Girls 10, Girls 12, Girls 13, Girls 14 and Girls 19 respectively. Two teams played until Semi final in Playoff A; Girls 10 1 lost against FIF by 11-13 and Girls 19 lost against VSH 2002 by 12-15.

In addition to this, Eslövs IK have participated in Lundaspelen before. During Lundaspelen 2009, Eslövs had 5 teams playing in Girls 10, Girls 12 and Girls 19 respectively. The team in Girls 19 made it to the the Final in Playoff Band won it over Birkenau by 23-8.

Eslövs comes from Eslöv which lies approximately 17 km from Lund, where Lundaspelen takes place. The area around Eslöv does also provide 19 additional clubs participating during Lundaspelen 2010 (Among others: Lödde Vikings HK, S:t Hans IF, IK Lågan, H43, HK Ankaret, Kävlinge HK, Eslövs HF, H43/Lundagård, Svedala HK and HK Björnen).
