In addition to the two Höllviken teams, 26 other teams played in Pojkar 13 - födda -04 el. senare. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof BK Höllviken Röd could be found in Group D together with Markaryds IF, ksf prespa birlik Birlik and Lindeborgs FF.
BK Höllviken Röd continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against LB07 Blå with 3-4. In the Final, LB07 Blå won over HUSIE IF HUSIE GRÖN and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 13 - födda -04 el. senare. BK Höllviken also participated in Pojkar 12 - födda -04 el. senare during Skånecupen 2016.
