In addition to the three Trelleborgs teams, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 16 - födda -01 el. senare. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Trelleborgs FF 3 could be found in Group B together with FC Frölunda, BK Flagg Röd, BK olympic 1 and Svedala IF.
Trelleborgs FF 3 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Malmö FF with 1-2. In the Final, Trelleborgs FF 1 won over Trelleborgs FF 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 16 - födda -01 el. senare. Trelleborgs FF also participated in Pojkar 15- födda -01 el. senare during Skånecupen 2016.
