In addition to the three Kvarnby teams, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 14 - födda -03 el. senare. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kvarnby Ik 2 could be found in Group C together with Hyllie IK, Staffanstorps United FC 1 and Malmö FF 1.

Kvarnby Ik 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Trelleborgs FF 2 with 1-7. In the Final, Hyllie IK won over Kvarnby Ik Trophy and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 14 - födda -03 el. senare.

Kvarnby IK also participated in Pojkar 13 - födda -03 el. senare during Skånecupen 2016. They reached the Semi final in P13 Slutspel B, but lost it against Lilla Torg FF with 0-1.
