In addition to Svedala IF, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Junior - f. -99 el. senare. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Svedala IF could be found in Group B together with BK Höllviken 1, Kvarnby IK 2 2 and FC Rosengård 1917 vit.
Svedala IF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hyllie IK with 2-3. In the Final, FC Trelleborg won over Staffanstorps United and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Junior - f. -99 el. senare. Svedala IF also participated in Pojkar Junior - f. -98 el. senare during Skånecupen 2016.
