In addition to the two Kvarnby teams, 26 other teams played in Pojkar 13 - födda -04 el. senare. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kvarnby IK Blå could be found in Group E together with FC Trelleborg Blå, LB07 Röd and HUSIE IF HUSIE GRÖN.
Kvarnby IK Blå continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against LB07 Svart with 1-4. In the Final, Tomelilla IF won over FC Trelleborg Blå and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 13 - födda -04 el. senare. Kvarnby IK also participated in Pojkar 12 - födda -04 el. senare during Skånecupen 2016.
