In addition to Hyllie IK, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Junior - f. -99 el. senare. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Hyllie IK could be found in Group C together with IFK Malmö 2, Trelleborgs FF 2 and Staffanstorps United.

Hyllie IK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Södra Sandby IF with 1-3. In the Final, FC Trelleborg won over Staffanstorps United and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Junior - f. -99 el. senare.
