In addition to Trelleborgs FF, 27 other teams played in Pojkar 13 - födda -04 el. senare. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Trelleborgs FF could be found in Group B together with LB07 Blå, Svedala IF and HUSIE IF HUSIE VIT.
Trelleborgs FF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kvarnby IK Vit with 0-2. In the Final, Tomelilla IF won over FC Trelleborg Blå and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 13 - födda -04 el. senare. Trelleborgs FF also participated in Pojkar 12 - födda -04 el. senare during Skånecupen 2016.
