In addition to the three Kvarnby teams, 50 other teams played in Pojkar 12/13 - födda -07 el. senare. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Kvarnby IK blå could be found in Group H together with Oxie SK Vit, BK Höllviken Röd and IFK Malmö 2.

Kvarnby IK blå continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group H. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FC Trelleborg 2 with 0-4. In the Final, Malmö FF 1 won over FC Trelleborg 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12/13 - födda -07 el. senare.
