In addition to the two Malmö teams, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 13 - födda -06 el. senare. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Malmö FF 2 could be found in Group C together with Staffanstorp United FC 2Vit, Hyllie IK 2 and Furulunds IK Svart.
Malmö FF 2 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against FC Rosengård 1917 vit with 1-2. In the Final, Kvarnby IK Rosa won over Trelleborgs FF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 13 - födda -06 el. senare. Malmö FF also participated in Pojkar 12/13 - födda -06 el. senare during Skånecupen 2018.
