In addition to Malmö FF, 27 other teams played in Pojkar 14 - födda -05 el. senare. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Malmö FF could be found in Group F together with Kvarnby IK, IF Lödde Svart and Kristianstad FC Orange.
Malmö FF made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group F. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against BK Olympic Vit, which they won with 2-1. Thereby Malmö FF won the entire Slutspel A in Pojkar 14 - födda -05 el. senare during Skånecupen 2019. Malmö FF also participated in Pojkar 13 - födda -05 el. senare during Skånecupen 2018.
