In addition to Malmö FF, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 15- födda -04 el. senare. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Malmö FF could be found in Group C together with Lindeborgs FF, KSF Prespa Birlik, Tomelilla IF and Trollenäs IF.
Malmö FF made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against BK Olympic Grön, which they won with 3-0. Thereby Malmö FF won the entire Slutspel A in Pojkar 15- födda -04 el. senare during Skånecupen 2019. Malmö FF also participated in Pojkar 14 - födda -04 el. senare during Skånecupen 2018. They reached the final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Kvarnby IK Vit with 0-2 and ended up in second place. 7 games playedGoals |
