In addition to Malmö FF, 16 other teams played in Pojkar Junior - f. -01 el. senare. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Malmö FF could be found in Group D together with Vellinge IF and Young Boys.
Malmö FF made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against BK Olympic with 1-2. Thereby Malmö FF finished second in P Junior Slutspel A during Skånecupen 2019. Malmö FF also participated in Pojkar Junior - f. -00 el. senare during Skånecupen 2018.
