Vadstena GIF made it to Slutspel C after reaching 6:th place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Ärla/Stenkvista with 0-3. Thereby Vadstena GIF finished second in P16/17 Slutspel C during Forwardcupen 2018.
