Östansbo IS ÖIS continued to Slutspel C after reaching 4:th place in Grupp 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vålerenga Fotball VIF G15-2 with 1-3. In the Final, Vålerenga Fotball VIF G15-2 won over Barkarö SK and became the winner of Slutspel C in Pojkar 15.

Östansbo IS comes from Ludvika which lies approximately 93 km from Örebro, where Forwardcupen takes place. The area around Ludvika does also provide two additional clubs participating during Forwardcupen 2019 (IFK Ludvika and Västanfors IF FK).
