In addition to Svärtinge SK, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Svärtinge SK could be found in Group B together with BK Forward 2, Adolfbergs IK Rosa and Karlslunds IF FK.

Svärtinge SK made it to Slutspel C after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Kils AIK, which they won with 7-0. Thereby Svärtinge SK won the entire Slutspel C in Pojkar 15 during Forwardcupen 2022.
