Adolfbergs IK Rosa was one of 57 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Forwardcupen 2022. They participated with one team in Pojkar 15.

They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Adolfbergs IK Rosa could be found in Group B together with BK Forward 2, Svärtinge SK and Karlslunds IF FK. Adolfbergs IK Rosa made it to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Karlslunds IF FK, which they won with 3-2.
