In addition to Bundoora United, 11 other teams played in U15 Boys (Born in 2003) 11v11. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Bundoora United could be found in Group B together with AYFI, Altona City and Manningham united.

Bundoora United continued to Cup Finals after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Shepparton City City with 0-1. In the Final, Shepparton City City won over D'angelo United and became the winner of Cup Finals in U15 Boys (Born in 2003) 11v11.
