Lunds Handikappidrottsförening was one of five clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Malmo Open 2018. They participated with four teams in Division 1, Division 2, Division 3 and Division 4 respectively. Three teams played until Final in Final; Division 1 Lunds HIF 1 won over IK Oddevold Grunden IKO Grunden Lag 1 by 1-0, Division 3 Lunds HIF 3 won over KIFU by 7-2 and Division 4 Lunds HIF 4 won over Snekkersten IF Snekkerstens IF 2 by 1-0.
Lunds comes from lund which lies approximately 21 km from Malmö, where Malmo Open takes place.
