In addition to Ekerö IK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Ekerö IK EIKP06/07 could be found in Group A together with IBK Kungälv Vit, Tillberga IK ROOSTERS 06/07 and Sandvikens AIK. Ekerö IK EIKP06/07 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Bergum with 2-3. In the Final, IBK Bergum won over Mullsjö AIS Utveckling and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4.
