In addition to Finspångs IBK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2006-2007) 14-16/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Finspångs IBK could be found in Group A together with IBK Genarp 05-07, Hagunda IF P06 and Torshälla IBK.

Finspångs IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sävsjö IBK with 1-4. In the Final, Tenhults IF won over IBK Kungälv and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd A (f.2006-2007) 14-16/4.
