In addition to the two Bendigo City FC teams, 14 other teams played in Boys Under 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Bendigo City FC Navy could be found in Group B together with Williamstown SC U12A, Rosebud Heart Red and BASL White.

Bendigo City FC Navy continued to Cup after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against RedSea SC with 2-3. In the Final, RedSea SC won over Avondale Football Club and became the winner of Cup in Boys Under 12.
