In addition to the two Bendigo City FC teams, 14 other teams played in Boys Under 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Bendigo City FC Orange could be found in Group A together with PRO IITHIAS FE, Knox Strikers and Williamstown SC U12B.

Bendigo City FC Orange continued to Cup after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against RedSea SC with 1-4. In the Final, RedSea SC won over Avondale Football Club and became the winner of Cup in Boys Under 12.
