In addition to the two Williamstown teams, 14 other teams played in Boys Under 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Williamstown SC U12A could be found in Group B together with Bendigo City FC Navy, Rosebud Heart Red and BASL White.

Williamstown SC U12A continued to Plate after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against BASL Yellow with 1-5. In the Final, BASL White won over BASL Yellow and became the winner of Plate in Boys Under 12.
