In addition to the two Williamstown teams, 14 other teams played in Boys Under 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Williamstown SC U12B could be found in Group A together with PRO IITHIAS FE, Bendigo City FC Orange and Knox Strikers.

Williamstown SC U12B continued to Cup after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Avondale Football Club with 1-10. In the Final, RedSea SC won over Avondale Football Club and became the winner of Cup in Boys Under 12.
