Gisborne FC was one of 51 clubs from Australia that had teams playing during Boys & Girls FC 2018. They participated with one team in Boys Under 13.

In addition to Gisborne FC, 10 other teams played in Boys Under 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Gisborne FC could be found in Group A together with Mount Beauty U13, Shepparton Junior Soccer Association, BASL Blue, Watsonia Heights FC and Beaumaris Galaxy.
