In addition to Williamstown SC, 10 other teams played in Boys Under 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Williamstown SC U13 could be found in Group B together with RedSea SC, BASL Yellow, Skye United FC and Ascot Vale Vikings FC.

Williamstown SC U13 continued to Cup after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Beaumaris Galaxy with 2-3. In the Final, Beaumaris Galaxy won over RedSea SC and became the winner of Cup in Boys Under 13.
