In addition to Middle Park FC, 7 other teams played in Boys Under 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Middle Park FC could be found in Group B together with Swan Hill, BASL Yellow and ACSC Yellow.

Middle Park FC continued to Cup after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against ACSC Marron with 3-5. In the Final, ACSC Marron won over ACSC Yellow and became the winner of Cup in Boys Under 15.
