Särö IK was one of 135 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Pojkar 14.

In addition to Särö IK, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Särö IK could be found in Group 9 together with IFK Tidaholm/Ekedalens SK/Tidaholms GoIF, IK Gauthiod and Jönköpings Södra.

Särö IK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Nesodden IF 1 with 1-4. In the Final, Nesodden IF 1 won over Hjulsbro IK Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 14.

Särö comes from Särö which lies approximately 150 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Särö does also provide 20 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2023 (Among others: Qviding FIF, Tölö IF, Älvsborg FF, BK Häcken, Masthuggets BK, HHUS (IFK Hällingsjö/Ubbhults IF/ Hyssna IF), IF Väster, Torslanda IK, Björndammens BK and Kullavik IF).
