In addition to H.S.V. Basketball, 11 other teams from 5 different countries played in Girls 18 (born 2001). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof H.S.V. Basketball could be found in Gruppe 8 together with Basket Pastelka MB, Team OWL 1 and Dames Avanti Brugge 2.
H.S.V. Basketball continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Gruppe 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Campinia Dessel Retie with 13-41.
