Girls United was one of 19 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Limfjords-Cup 2019. They participated with four teams in Girls 11-12 (born 2008-2009), Girls 15-16 (born 2004-2005) and Girls 17-18 (born 2002-2003) respectively. The team in Girls 17-18 (born 2002-2003) made it to the the Final in Playoff Band won it over BV Hoofddorp by 21-11.
Girls United originates from Lemvig, which is the same city as where Limfjords-Cup takes place. Other than Girls United, the club Lemvig Basket does also originate from the area around Lemvig.
