La Bamba was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.
In addition to La Bamba, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof La Bamba could be found in Group 4 together with KFUM Kalmar HK, Kävlingebeach, Upsala IF, Ziggy Pausen, Barbapapporna & jag, Nossebro IF and Näsby Handboll 1. La Bamba continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Böffes jr with 6-9. In the Final, Mormors pojkar won over Lasse spadez and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar. La Bamba comes from Uddevalla which lies approximately 300 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Uddevalla does also provide two additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla and Flensborg). 8 games playedGoals |
