Vakant 87 ÖKH

Vakant 87 was one of 284 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Vakant 87, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Vakant 87 could be found in Group 2 together with DJ-Dan's utvalda, Zliproad CSC/IFK Tumba HK, Blixten McQueen, Vinslövs HK, Abrakadabra, Landskrona and Simons Fjun.

Vakant 87 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Mormors pojkar with 5-11. In the Final, Mormors pojkar won over Kärleken boys and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Vakant 87 comes from Önnestad which lies approximately 23 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Önnestad does also provide 80 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017 (Among others: Uma-Ness Från Skåne, 3 kylskåp & 1 skoter, Arbetsförmedlingen Hässleholm-Eslöv, IFK ICE AGE, Ballingslöv, ATEA, Tollarps IF, Göinge HK, PP-Pilsnerpojkarna and Daddy Cool).
