Gold medal! Won the entire B-Slutspel! Congratulations!

Vakant was one of 265 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Vakant, 35 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Vakant could be found in Group 4 together with Ballers och Wille, Fyrasvenskarendansk, HK Eklöven, Kärleken boys, Upp med händerna and HK Roslagen Tamam.

Vakant made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Upp med händerna, which they won with 7-6. Thereby Vakant won the entire B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019.

Vakant comes from Höör which lies approximately 55 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Höör does also provide 56 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019 (Among others: Höörs HK H 65, IK Lågan Hörby, Veberöds HK, Eslövs IK, Eslövs HF, Fyrasvenskarendansk, Lugi HF, Lödde Vikings HK, Staffanstorps HK and G MED LITE T).
