In addition to Borgen IL, 83 other teams from 5 different countries played in E - Gutter 7-er, 15/16 år. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Borgen IL could be found in Group 1 together with Søndre Land IL, Felde TuS and Hjørungavåg IL.

Borgen IL continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hødd, IL 1 with 2-3. In the Final, Nordstrand IF won over Ørsta IL Ørsta kvit and became the winner of Playoff A in E - Gutter 7-er, 15/16 år.
