In addition to the two Sandviken, teams, 68 other teams from 8 different countries played in A - Gutter 11-er,18/19 år. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Sandviken, IL 1 could be found in Group 18 together with Tynset IF, Tillerbyen FK and Norborg/Ravn/Harøy IL.

Sandviken, IL 1 continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skjold IL with 0-2. In the Final, Futuro Rio Bancarios won over Hallingdal FK 1 and became the winner of Playoff A in A - Gutter 11-er,18/19 år.
