Sandvikens IF was one of two clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Norway Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Q - Jenter 11-er, 17 år.

In the Final, Verdal IL won over Skeid and became the winner of Playoff B in Q - Jenter 11-er, 17 år.
