In addition to Haramsøy/Nordøy FK, 61 other teams played in U - Jenter 7-er, 15/16 år. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Haramsøy/Nordøy FK could be found in Group 3 together with Mandalskameratene, FK 2, Bjørn, IL and Fron Fotball 2010.

Haramsøy/Nordøy FK continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ullensaker/Kisa Fotball with 2-5. In the Final, Ullensaker/Kisa Fotball won over Saltdalkameratene, FK and became the winner of Playoff A in U - Jenter 7-er, 15/16 år.
