In addition to the three Sotra SK teams, 219 other teams from 10 different countries played in B - Gutter 11-er, 15/16 år. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Sotra SK 4 could be found in Group 17 together with Rindal IL, Crosshouse Boy Club and Lillestrøm SK 1.

Sotra SK 4 made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 17. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Lillestrøm SK 1 with 1-2. Thereby Sotra SK 4 finished second in B Playoff A during Norway Cup 2016.
