In addition to Gimse IL, 22 other teams played in Q - Jenter 11-er, 18/19 år. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Gimse IL could be found in Group 1 together with Sortland IL, Tolga/Vingelen/Os/Nansen and Kolbotn IL.

Gimse IL continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against LSK Kvinner FK with 0-3. In the Final, LSK Kvinner FK won over Kolbotn IL and became the winner of Playoff A in Q - Jenter 11-er, 18/19 år.
