In addition to Blindheim IL, 83 other teams from 5 different countries played in E - Gutter 7-er, 15/16 år. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Blindheim IL could be found in Group 16 together with Tornado Måløy /Skavøypoll 1, Skjervøy IK and Vaalserquartier FV.

Blindheim IL made it to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 16. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Sokndal IK, which they won with 3-1. Thereby Blindheim IL won the entire Playoff B in E - Gutter 7-er, 15/16 år during Norway Cup 2016.
