In addition to Kautokeino IL, 61 other teams played in U - Jenter 7-er, 15/16 år. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Kautokeino IL could be found in Group 12 together with Etnedal FK 2, Åheim IL and Kjelsås IL.

Kautokeino IL continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Tornado Måløy FK with 4-5. In the Final, Ullensaker/Kisa Fotball won over Saltdalkameratene, FK and became the winner of Playoff A in U - Jenter 7-er, 15/16 år.
