In addition to Strømmen, 162 other teams from 9 different countries played in C - Gutter 11-er, 14 år. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Strømmen could be found in Group 21 together with Ranheim IL 1, Hangzhou Qimeng Football Club and Bergen Nord, FK.

Strømmen continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Averøy Fotball with 0-1. In the Final, Elverum Fotball 1 won over Ranheim IL 2 and became the winner of Playoff B in C - Gutter 11-er, 14 år.
