In addition to Førde IL, 150 other teams from 8 different countries played in D - Gutter 9-er, 13 år. They were divided into 38 different groups, whereof Førde IL could be found in Group 1 together with Kolbotn IL 1, Høybråten og Stovner IL Kings and Fyllingsdalen, FK.

Førde IL continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Nordstrand IF 1 with 1-4. In the Final, Nordstrand IF 1 won over Bækkelagets SK 2 and became the winner of Playoff B in D - Gutter 9-er, 13 år.
