Waryaa FC was the only club from Somalia that had teams playing during Norway Cup 2016. They participated with one team in B - Gutter 11-er, 15/16 år.
In addition to Waryaa FC, 221 other teams from 9 different countries played in B - Gutter 11-er, 15/16 år. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Waryaa FC could be found in Group 32 together with Byneset IL, Øystese IL and Åheim IL Åheim/Vankam/ÅVK. Waryaa FC continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 32. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lillestrøm SK 1 with 0-7. In the Final, Lillestrøm SK 1 won over Sotra SK 4 and became the winner of Playoff A in B - Gutter 11-er, 15/16 år. Waryaa FC comes from Gorawe which lies approximately 8400 km from Oslo, where Norway Cup takes place.
