In addition to Ranheim IL, 68 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 14 - born 2004 - 7 aside. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Ranheim IL could be found in Group 2 together with Vang, FK, Tingvoll IL and Oppegård IL.

Ranheim IL continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Alquds Hial Club with 0-2. In the Final, Dahle/Nordlandet, IL 1 won over PACES Palestine and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 14 - born 2004 - 7 aside.
