In addition to Ørskog IL, 68 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 14 - born 2004 - 7 aside. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Ørskog IL Hvit could be found in Group 3 together with Rolvsøy IF Rolvsøy, Gjøvik-Lyn, FK Gjøvik-Lyn 04-7 and Glomfjord IL.

Ørskog IL Hvit continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Falkeid IL with 0-3. In the Final, Dahle/Nordlandet, IL 1 won over PACES Palestine and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 14 - born 2004 - 7 aside.
